Cracking Earth Jar
This hand sculpted cup is made from clay gathered from the Southern Willamette Valley, Oregon and fired with a traditional pit firing method. The mug is painted with foraged clay slips and has a light finish with beewax. Unglazed pottery is an opportunity to truly commune with the clay as a vessel. Instructions for caring for the jar will be included with order.
Note: there are cracks on the lid from the firing. Still usable as a lid, but will need to be mindful when using.
